Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jiliho ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jiliho website, mobile platform, games, betting services, promotions, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account on jiliho, making a deposit, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the jiliho platform. jiliho reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes are published will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage all players to review this page periodically to ensure they remain informed of their obligations.

Player Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on jiliho, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jiliho strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents from any player whose age cannot be confirmed. Accounts created by individuals under 21 years of age will be closed and all funds returned to the originating payment method, minus any bonus credits.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a jiliho employee, in any role that provides access to non-public platform information.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not have had a previous jiliho account closed for breach of these Terms. Attempting to circumvent a ban by creating a new account is strictly prohibited.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

jiliho reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform, including but not limited to national identification card, passport, or a recent utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Management and Security

Upon successful registration, jiliho will create a single player account in your name. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether such activity was carried out by you or by a third party with access to your credentials.

3.1 Login Credentials

You must select a strong, unique password for your jiliho account and must not share your login credentials with any other person. jiliho staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you receive a communication purporting to be from jiliho requesting your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

jiliho reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud or money laundering; breach of these Terms; collusion or cheating; failure to complete identity verification; or accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months without a balance. In the event of closure for legitimate reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the originating payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

3.3 Self-Exclusion and Account Limits

Players who wish to limit or suspend their gaming activity may contact the jiliho support team to apply deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, or self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and cannot be reversed for a minimum of thirty (30) days. jiliho is committed to responsible gaming and encourages players to use these tools proactively.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

jiliho processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All transactions are subject to standard processing times and availability of the selected payment method.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiliho currently accepts the following mobile financial services for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. All payment accounts used on jiliho must be registered in your own legal name and must match the name on your jiliho account. jiliho reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Verified withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays including Eid and Victory Day, or in cases where additional verification is required. jiliho does not charge withdrawal fees, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jiliho maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored. jiliho reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems unusual or potentially suspicious. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your account and the reporting of the matter to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jiliho offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence solely with respect to that promotion.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus only once. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is completed.
• jiliho reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in their respective terms.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26) or Victory Day (December 16) are subject to their own promotional terms published at the time of the event.

Gameplay Rules and Prohibited Conduct

All games available on jiliho — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live casino tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; crash games including Aviator by Spribe; and sports betting markets on cricket, football, and kabaddi — are governed by their respective game rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

6.1 Fair Play

All slot and RNG-based games on jiliho use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently verified for fairness. jiliho does not manipulate game outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers and are subject to third-party oversight. Any player who suspects a technical fault or irregularity during gameplay must cease play and contact support immediately.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiliho and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live poker, to manipulate outcomes or share information improperly.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and will not be paid.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with your payment provider after a deposit has been credited to your jiliho account.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information in sports betting markets.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round or bet, jiliho will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly. Where a round cannot be completed and the outcome cannot be determined, jiliho reserves the right to void the round and return the stake to the player's account. jiliho will not be liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other factors outside its direct control.

Intellectual Property and Platform Content

All content on the jiliho platform — including but not limited to the jiliho brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other materials displayed on or made available through the platform — is the exclusive property of jiliho or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiliho platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jiliho platform without express prior written permission from jiliho or the relevant rights holder.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The jiliho platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jiliho does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliho disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall jiliho, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings resulting from technical failure, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if jiliho has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jiliho's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Privacy, Data Protection, and Cookies

jiliho collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the jiliho Privacy Policy. Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

jiliho employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the platform. Player financial data and identity documents are stored in encrypted form and are not shared with third parties except where required by law, in connection with our payment processing partners, or as necessary to fulfil our anti-money laundering obligations.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jiliho's jurisdiction of operation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted first to jiliho's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting the jiliho support team at [email protected] with a written description of the matter.

jiliho will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jiliho from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
